Lang BBQ Smokers Whole Hog Class

Hands on learning on the reverse flow Lang BBQ Smokers with seasoned split hickory wood. A Full KCBS Class focusing on cooking a whole hog, complete with box building skills and techniques.

This class will have you Season and Cook Championship Quality:
